Adventure Strong Coaching

$50 onboarding + $200/month · No contract

A fully personalized program built around your sport and your body — with monthly updates and messaging check-ins. No live calls. Designed for self-motivated women who want personalization without the call commitment.

1:1 Personalized Training

$50 onboarding + $350/month · No contract

Everything in Adventure Strong Coaching, plus live touch points — a monthly 30-min Zoom and a 15-min phone check-in. Your program could adjusts at every session based on what Dr. Liz sees and hears.

I have hypermobility. I’ve dealt with back and neck pain. I’ve rebuilt my strength after surgeries using progressive, evidence-based training. I built both programs because I wanted to give outdoor women what I couldn’t find anywhere else: DPT-informed strength training that’s actually built for the sport and the life you already love.
