Adventure Strong Coaching
$50 onboarding + $200/month · No contract
A fully personalized program built around your sport and your body — with monthly updates and messaging check-ins. No live calls. Designed for self-motivated women who want personalization without the call commitment.

Whichever program you choose, you’re working with the same person — Dr. Liz Koch, Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength coach, mountain biker, hiker, paddler, and mom of two.
I have hypermobility. I’ve dealt with back and neck pain. I’ve rebuilt my strength after surgeries using progressive, evidence-based training. I built both programs because I wanted to give outdoor women what I couldn’t find anywhere else: DPT-informed strength training that’s actually built for the sport and the life you already love.
The programs are different in how closely we work together. The quality, the clinical thinking, and the commitment to your outdoor life are exactly the same.
