From month 2 onward, you send me short movement videos when something feels off or when I request a form check. I review them and adjust your program based on what I see. No calls needed — just quick clips that keep your program current.
Your workouts are on your phone, computer wherever you train. Exercise videos, coaching cues, sets and reps — everything in one place.
Before I build your program, we connect live on video. I learn how you move, ask the questions a form can't answer, and get a real sense of your goals and history. This replaces the movement video assessment in month 1 — everything after uses async video feedback instead.
Every Monday I send you a short prompt in the app. How did training go? What felt off? The more you respond, the better your program gets.

I built Adventure Strong Coaching because I wanted to give outdoor women something I couldn’t find anywhere else: personalized programming that takes your injury history seriously, is built around what you actually do outside, and fits into the real life you already have.

We spend that time together so I can learn how you move, what’s really been getting in the way, and what your outdoor life actually looks like. That conversation shapes everything about your program — and it means your first session feels like it was made for you. Because it was.

The membership gives you access to a library of pre-built sport-specific programs. Adventure Strong Coaching is built from scratch for you — your sport, your body, your history. One is a library. The other is a personal coach.
The $350 program includes monthly live calls — Zoom and phone — and real-time adjustments. The Adventure Strong Coaching gets you a personalized program and monthly updates without the scheduled calls. It’s a lower time commitment for both of us, which is reflected in the price.
I’ll ask about your equipment in the application form and build your program around what you have. Most programs use resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells, and bodyweight. A full gym isn’t required.
Your program will be scheduled to start the Monday following our 1-1 onboarding zoom call so you start off on the right foot for the week.

This is one of the most common reasons women come to Adventure Strong Coaching. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy I build programs that take injury history seriously — not just working around it, but addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to it. Another way to begin is to start at the $350 Personalized program initially and then transition to Adventure Strong in a couple of months. But I will discuss options with you after you fill out the application form if you mention it or I feel it would be best.
